global industry are female"
The International Society of Women Airline Pilots (ISWAP) ~ 2020
The Attagirls Club supports the Molly Rose Pilot Scholarship (AMRPS), an initiative to encourage young women to consider a career in aviation and particularly as a pilot.
Now in its second season, the scholarship awards full training, accommodation and subsistence for a Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) to an individual who has demonstrated an interest in flying as a career.
The application window for the 2023-24 sponsorship has recently closed and applications are being processed. Details of the 2025-26 scholarship will be posted soon.
Scholarship winners receive membership to the Attagirls Club.

PREVIOUS WINNER
Georgia Pescod (2021-2022)
The inaugural scholarship was awarded to 17-year-old Georgia Pescod, an Air Cadet from Cambridge. Georgia is starting her commercial training in November 2023.
From our Attagirl Georgia; “My dream is about to come true. One of my goals after becoming a pilot is to fly an aircraft with another female pilot without it having to be international Women’s day and without any publicity. I aim for it to become a normal occurrence without it having to turn heads. If male pilots can do it, why can’t female pilots!”
